Anaheim officer-involved shooting leaves suspect hospitalized, police say
One suspect was taken to a hospital with at least one gunshot wound following an officer-involved shooting in Anaheim Friday morning, March 15, police said.

No officer was injured, Anaheim police said. The condition of the suspect, described only as a male, was not immediately known.

Just before 11 a.m. Friday, the Anaheim Police Department tweeted that the officer-involved shooting just occurred near the 800 block of N. Harbor Boulevard in Anaheim.

One male suspect was transported to the hospital with at least one gunshot wound, police said. No officers were injured. The circumstances surrounding the shooting were not immediately known.

All lanes of Harbor Boulevard are shut down between W. Sycamore Street and La Palma Avenue for an unknown duration.  Police ask residents to please use alternate routes at this time.
