BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) – Baton Rouge police say one person is dead after a shooting early Thursday morning at a home in the 1300

Sgt. LJean McKneely said officers arrived just before 12:30 a.m. and found Sabrina Collins, 48, of Baton Rouge, dead inside the home.

Anyone with any information about the shooting is asked to call the BRPD Violent Crimes Unit at (225) 389-4869 or Crime Stoppers at (225) 344-7867.

Authorities say 46-year-old Sabrina Collins was found shot inside a home in the 1300 block of E. Washington Street just before 12:30 a.m. Thursday. Collins had been shot multiple times. She was later pronounced dead at an area hospital.
