Tennessee Amber Alert: Octavia Shaw abducted from Chattanooga
The TBI has issued an AMBER Alert for a local toddler who was taken during a traffic stop in Hixson on Thursday.

The TBI says authorities are looking for 23-month-old Octavia Shaw who is believed to be with 37-year-old Matias Martinez.

The TBI says Martinez ran from officers following a traffic stop at the Dayton Pike/Boy Scout Road intersection and took the child with him.

The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office says Martinez has a valid Massachusetts’s driver’s license, brown eyes, and is approximately 5’ 10” tall.

Octavia was last seen wearing a light blue dress with black sweat pants. She weighs about 30 pounds and is 2 feet tall. She has a bi-racial complexion.

Amber alert issued for 23-month-old girl kidnapped in Tennessee

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) is issuing a statewide amber alert for a 23-month-old child taken Thursday on Boy Scout Road in Chattanooga.

The deputy asked the man to hold the child in the shade near the car while they talked to the woman who was driving the car. Police say the woman had warrants.

Octavia is a 23-month-old girl with black hair, brown eyes. She is two feet tall and weighs 30 pounds.
