LINCOLN, Neb. (WOWT) — Natavian Morton, 17, will be tried as an adult in the fatal shooting of Edgar Union Jr., 22, in March.

Morton appeared in court in August for a hearing to determine whether his case would stay in adult court or be moved to juvenile. The decision was unveiled Thursday.
