UPDATE: Police investigate after shots fired in Madison – WKOW

UPDATE (WKOW) — Police say a search never turned up the person believed to have been shooting a gun behind some homes Saturday evening.

Madison police tell 27 News someone saw a person who may have fired a shot near the Interstate, but that person walked away, then took off running behind some houses.

Police say they never found any casings or any damage. They didn’t get much cooperation when going door-to-door looking for a shooter.

MADISON (WKOW) — Police are searching for a suspect after people reported gunshots on the far east side of Madison Saturday evening.

Dane County Communications tells 27 News the call for a weapons violation came in at 6:30 p.m. in the area of O’Brien Court.

Madison police say when officers arrived, they did not find any damage and no one reported being hurt.

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Madison police are searching for suspects after shots were fired on the citys east side.

Madison police told NBC15 that witnesses reported a suspect firing a gun into the air at the intersection of Ruby Court and Trafalger Place at around 6:29 Saturday evening.
